    2.Users can log in the health platform and add or revise it yourself.

    Type *#7583# in the dialing page and the version information will pop up.


  • QHow can I save my jWotch number?

    Type *#7755# in the dialing page, and then type the number or revise the number and save it.

     


  • QAPP cannot be used and sometimes it flashes back?

    1. Mobile phone version may be low. Android 4.4.2 or over, ios 8

    2. The server is unstable. Comfort the user and feedback the situation to the technology department.
